Transparent and Fair Billing:
- Straightforward Billing Policy: In the event of cancellation after the initial 30 days, the payment for your current annual subscription is non-refundable, allowing you to continue using SmartWorm until the end of your 12-month period from the sign-up date.
- Advance Renewal Notification: We notify you 30 days before your subscription is due for renewal and again 5 days before, giving you ample time to decide whether to continue for another year.
