The Seller provides a ten (10) year warranty for the workmanship of the Cotter Crate. If a defect is reported within this timeframe, the Seller may choose to either replace or fix the defect or refund the customer.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not extend to:

• Defects or damages from improper maintenance or failure to follow Seller's instructions.
• Operation of Goods after a defect is or should have been evident to a cautious operator.
• Normal wear and tear, accidents, or acts of God.
• Any repair, alteration, or overhaul done without Seller's consent voids the warranty.
• The Seller is not liable for delays in addressing claims under this warranty.
• Use of any other oil on the crate other than the Lanolin Oil provided/sold by Cotter Agritech will void your warranty. Other lubricants can block the mechanisms and prevent them from working. 

For products not made by Cotter Agritech, the warranty provided by the manufacturer applies, and the Seller assumes no responsibility beyond this. By law, the Seller makes no guarantees as to the Goods' quality or fitness for any purpose unless explicitly stated, excluding all implied warranties.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Seller's liability for claims under the warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the workmanship and does not cover any consequential delays or damages. This statement outlines the warranty's scope, limitations, and the Buyer's responsibilities to maintain the integrity of the Goods to remain eligible for warranty claims.
